Where This Comes From
My approach comes from working through systems that didn’t make sense—and seeing firsthand how frustrating that is for both users and creators. Instead of layering more features on top of broken foundations, I focus on getting the structure right from the beginning.
Because when the structure works, everything else becomes easier to build, manage, and grow. Training becomes minimal when the flow aligns with the user’s organic expectations.
