I’ve spent years working inside platforms that looked finished but didn’t function well—confusing layouts, broken flows, and systems no one could navigate without help. That experience shaped how I work today. Everything I build is designed to be clear, structured, and usable from the moment someone lands on the page.
I am a long-time instructional designer, technical writer, and systems-focused web developer with experience building educational platforms, contributor workflows, online learning systems, knowledgebases, and community-driven resource sites.
My background spans software development, technical education, curriculum development, UX-oriented content architecture, training systems, and web application development for startups, nonprofits, and enterprise organizations including the Department of Defense, the CIA, AT&T, Cisco and Kraft Foods.
Much of my current work focuses on creating practical WordPress systems that simplify complex processes for everyday users. This is the work I really enjoy.
